1. Family Gross Income of S$2200 & below per month are eligible.
2. Singapore Permanent Residents and Foreigners may apply.
3. Commitment to child’s intervention for at least 6 months.
4. Fulfil at least 90% attendance.
5. Application approval and amount of subsidies approved are based on a first-come-first-served basis and other factors such as the number of dependants, types of assets owned and medical costs.
6. There are conditions to successful applications in order to prevent abuse.
